Following the smash hit sensation Culture Shock in 2022, New Yorker Tori Scott returned to the Crazy Coqs on 5 & 6 February with a brand new show! Tori took audiences on a hilarious musical journey featuring questionable life choices and songs she stole from other people. Tori Scott shook up pop classics and a dash of musical theatre, mixing them with outrageously true stories in this stunning cabaret. She was joined on stage by MD Ben Papworth with special guests and theatre royalty Christina Bianco and Danielle Steers.

Tori with an “I” is a celebration of survival, martinis, and new beginnings with songs by an eclectic range of artists including Lady Gaga, Regina Spektor, David Bowie, The Eurythmics, Beyoncé and Queen.

What People Are Saying

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tori Scott blazes onstage, her personality lighting up the room, a cross between Bette Midler and a young Ethel Merman… The humour is delightful… This is the epitome of what cabaret should be about. I’d give her six stars if I could.

Musical Theatre Review

⭐⭐⭐⭐

She clearly loves the material, which she delivers with a belt! Her lively, breathless whirlwind of a ninety-minute set leaves us wanting more, if not a little glad we can catch our own breath by the time she dances out, mid-song, through the venue’s double-doors.

The Spy in the Stalls

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She is a powerhouse performer. Her stories are laugh out loud funny and her timing is pitch perfect. It's a wonderful time to spend with an infectiously entertaining performer. Give us more, Tori

Her powerhouse singing voice delivers every lyric with crystal clarity, and the good humour with which she faces life is crowd-pleasing but also inspirational. A highly enjoyable night out, and a standing ovation richly deserved.

Scott is an absolute delight to watch and listen to - I only wish it was a longer show to enjoy even more music and laughter. Scott’s voice is silky smooth whilst remaining beautifully powerful - it brought so much light and energy to the stage the entire audience was hooked from the get go.

Tori is blessed with a truly remarkable voice… I was living for every minute of it. Tori provided a versatile but consistently spectacular setlist… accompanied expertly by the wonderful musical direction of Ben Papworth… had me wishing this show wouldn’t ever end.
